Dental implants are tiny titanium rods that are attached to your jaw and serve to support replacement teeth. Because they attach securely to your jawbone, they won’t shift, slip or cause sore spots as can happen with conventional dentures.

Implants are versatile because they can serve to replace a single damaged tooth without needing any adjustments to the adjacent teeth. Additionally, they can be used to support two or more replacement teeth that are mounted on a bridge. Typically, 4-6 implants can support a full upper or lower arch of teeth as part of full mouth reconstruction.
